To protect the security of your data during transmission, this website is encrypted and authenticated using TLS 1.3. We use HTTPS as default.

3.   Server Logfiles

Purpose: When you access our website, information of a general nature is collected automatically - even if you do not register or otherwise submit information. It is processed for the following purposes:

4.   Membership form

Purpose: On our website we provide a "membership form" that you can fill to become a member of the Arc Circle. 

Categories of personal data: When filling this form, the personal data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. These are: *Salutation, *First Name, *Last Name, *E-mail, *Country Code / Phone Number, *Shipping Address

For the processing of your personal data, please refer to the Membership Agreement and this Privacy Policy during the submission process. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the provided e-mail address and/or telephone number. 

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the initiation of a contract (the Membership is subject to a fee) (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO). The processing of the personal data provided by you from the input mask or via e-mail/telephone is used by us to manage the membership and to send the Welcome Package to all new members.

Storage period: The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

Recipient or third country: Our website is maintained by a service provider who acts as our processor. The processing does not take place in third countries.

Security: We use TLS 1.3 to protect the security of your data during transmission.

5.   Newsletter & Marketing permission

Purpose / categories of personal data: For the delivery of our newsletter as well as for providing other marketing updates about the Arc Circle™, we collect personal data (*name, *last name, *email) transmitted to us via an input mask.

Security: For an effective sign up, we require a valid e-mail address. To verify that the sign up is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the "double opt-in" procedure. For this purpose, we log the registration for the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation e-mail and the receipt of the response requested herewith.

When you give us marketing permission, we use “double opt-in” when collecting *name, *last name, *email, phone number.

Legal basis: Based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR), we will regularly send you our newsletter or comparable information by e-mail to your specified e-mail address. By giving us marketing permission, you also consent to being contacted with relevant information via email or by phone.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter or other marketing materials at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR). You will find a link to this effect in every newsletter. Unsubscribing can be requested via the link contained in every e-mail, from the data protection officer listed below or via contacting datenschutz@jiexperience.com.

Recipients or third country: Recipients are the order processors and MailerLite. We have concluded a Data-processing-Agreement and the standard contractual clauses with MailerLite. Storage period: In this context, the data will only be processed as long as the corresponding consent exists. After that, they will be deleted.

Legal or contractual obligation to provide data: The provision of your personal data is voluntary, based solely on your consent. Without existing consent, we unfortunately cannot send you, our newsletter.

 Purpose: You can request a personal consultation with us via our form. You can select your preferred date, time and time zone and we will send you a confirmation email with your appointment.

8.   Payment

The Controller has integrated components from Stripe, Inc. on this website for payment. Stripe, Inc. is a payment service that enables cashless payment for products and services on the Internet. The operating company of this direct debit procedure is Stripe, Inc. 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California, 94080, USA.

If the data subject chooses a monthly or annual subscription, the data subject's data will be automatically transmitted to Stripe, Inc. By taking out a subscription, the person concerned agrees to the transfer of personal data required for payment processing.

The personal data exchanged for the credit card payment is first name, last name, address, email address, IP address, payment card number or other data necessary for payment processing. The transmission of the data is intended for payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe, Inc. may transmit the personal data collected here to credit reference agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to check identity and creditworthiness.
